Ferno Washington Universal Head Immobilizer is simple to use, lightweight and easy to clean. Composed of two plastic-coated, closed-cell foam head supports, a universal attachment base and two durable head straps. Base plate fits all Ferno wooden, aluminum and plastic backboards.
