Features of the ODV Marijuana Duquenois-Levine Reagent: Presumptive test designed to identify the presence of THC in Marijuana, Hashish or Hash Oil. In both the pouch and tube configuration, break the 1st ampoule and agitate for 60 seconds. Upon breakage of the 2nd ampoule a Blue/Violet color will develop in both styles. The Duquenois-Levine Reagent (Pouch) has a 3rd ampoule and upon breakage and agitation a layering will occur. The lower layer MUST be Purple for a positive test. crackcrackcrackcrack
