SmartRecorder - Multi Channel Recording System The Total Diagnostic Discharge Planning Tool The SmartRecorder is a small, lightweight apnea diagnostic device that can be used for infants and adults in the hospital or home. It offers the same dependability and performance as the SmartMonitor 2 and Smart-Monitor 2PS. Easy to transport and set up, the SmartRecorder features nine internal channels: chest effort, abdominal effort, airflow, SpO2, plethysmograph, pulse, actigraph, body position, snoring, ECG and impedance from SmartMonitor 2 and four user-specified auxiliary channels. There is built-in Masimo SET® oximetry, a modem and PC/compact flash memory card technology. Simply turn on the device and press record to start. You can confirm the signal quality by viewing the channels in real time on the LCD display or remotely by a computer via the modem.
